There are various means and services provided by QUIS to this end:
- Help files are available for each user of GROS;
- Each user of GROS receives a complete manual;
- The helpdesk of QUIS can be reached during office hours;
- The providing of Remote-support, whereby a problem you may have is solved via a network connection;
- If necessary, a problem will be solved with you at your location;
- Patches and updates of GROS are available online via the log-in part of this website.
