Before switchovers to GROS are made within an organisation, it is usual that all sorts of information have been regularly recorded in other systems or files in the department, like Excel or Access files. This data can be transferred to the GROS database.

To enable the transfer to GROS to proceed as smoothly as possible, QUIS offers the possibility of converting this information and making it suitable for GROS by means of auxiliary software. Per situation, we will look into the conditions under which this can be effected.
After this one-off conversion on installation, it can be necessary to convert information obtained from other systems that is periodically exchanged with GROS. Examples of this are interfaces with ERP systems such as SAP, Navision and Exact or e-Procurement systems such as Proquro, GHX or Easy order.
