GROS
Why GROS?

The obligations that companies have in the light of the Environmental and Labour legislation become constantly greater. Both from the government and from the organisations themselves there is to an increasing extent a need for more and specific information. To arrange that correct information is available for, for example, obligations in the field of permits, annual reports, or ISO standardisation, in the first place a systematic management and processing of information is necessary. Steadily more often, organisations therefore decide to implement a flexible and reliable information system: GROS.

The most important advantages of GROS:

  • You comply with legal obligations. At the same time, you have the immediate availability of accurate reports for the inspection authorities concerned;
  • Better informed personnel who perform the correct actions on storage and transportation;
  • The taking of the right preventive measures during the use of dangerous substances (personal protection equipment);
  • In the case of calamities, actions taken by inter alia staff and the fire brigade can be carried out adequately because of the improved provision of information;
  • The substances information is always correct, complete and up-to-date;
  • A good view of the presence and the quantities of substances in your organisation. Through the improved insight, you can reduce the stocks and the use of them;
  • Because GROS integrates a complete inventory system with the safety system you save a great deal of time.
    Also, you no longer have to work with different systems, for example, providing information to employees, keeping stock records or making reports.
  • GROS can be interfaced to other systems, such as ERP or e-Procurement systems.
