Also gas cylinders and articles subject to a date in connection with testing and/or maintenance can be registered in this module.
By applying a unique number to each package, you can follow its passage through the organisation.

With the aid of the module Stock, you can answer questions such as:

• How much of each article (substance) is there still left in the organisation?
• In which places in the organisation can a particular article be found?
• When did the articles (substances) arrive in the organisation and for how much longer can they be still be kept?
• How many articles does a particular department/ user/ cost centre use on an annual basis?
